Since its inception in 2012, Gymshark has seen extraordinary growth; from humble beginnings in founder Ben Francis’ parents’ garage in Birmingham to becoming the fastest growing company in the UK.

Growth Mindset for Managers Programme

We designed a bespoke 8-week programme to expand their learning and enable participants to unlock their full potential

We blended our online diagnostic and entrepreneurial mindset courses with interactive face to face workshops and turned our delivery style on it’s head to create a high energy fast paced programme to engage with Gymshark’s millennial future leaders

Throughout the programme we equipped participants with tips, tricks & techniques to help them:

• Use assertive behaviour and communication • Use flexible and adaptable behaviour to build highly effective relationships • Use tools and techniques to think innovatively • Adopt a positive ‘can do’ outlook to your work, turning problems into opportunities • Naturally take risks and exercise your initiative • Think and problem solve creatively • Show high levels of self-awareness and regulation • Motivate self and others towards clear goals / outcomes
