Enploy, Creates Ground Breaking Customer Support Programme for Gymshark
Enploy, a Birmingham based Learning & Development Consultancy has created a bespoke and highly innovative programme to help develop Gymshark’s Customer Support Team go from great to the absolute best.
Gymshark is one of the Midlands’ biggest business success stories of the last decade and over 40 members of the team are fortunate enough to be selected for the six-month, accredited programme. Specifically tailored for Gymshark, the programme has been crafted to not only develop employee’s mindsets but also to help them grow as a high-performing team, to think like the customer and to deal with challenging situations.
Alongside preparing the team for a long-term career in customer service, it also gives them the opportunity to enhance skills for long-term career success such as resilience, listening and accountability. Content is brought to life across a blended learning experience featuring online learning, workshops and interactive events, and reinforced via coaching, virtual reality and on-screen multimedia messaging.
To maximise impact and return on investment, Enploy has co-developed the programme alongside members of the Gymshark team and included a train the trainer package that will ensure knowledge is transferred to Gymshark training managers, allowing them to successfully re-run the training with future recruits.
